Terms of Service

is-cod.in provides eligible users with tools to request and manage DNS records under domains made available on the platform. The service may use automated checks and manual review before a record is published.

• You must use an account you are authorized to access.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping your provider account secure.
• Information submitted with a request must be accurate and must not misrepresent your project or destination.

You may not use the service to support or facilitate:

• Phishing, malware, credential theft, fraud, spam, or deceptive impersonation.
• Harassment, unlawful content, intellectual-property infringement, or other illegal activity.
• Attempts to bypass reviews, probe the platform, disrupt availability, or gain unauthorized access.
• Resale, automated bulk registration, domain squatting, or activity that harms the shared namespace.

We may approve, reject, pause, modify, or remove records when needed to protect users, infrastructure, or the domain. Automated analysis is one input into this process; administrators retain authority over final moderation decisions. We may suspend accounts involved in abuse or repeated violations.

The service is provided on a best-effort basis and may change, experience interruptions, or be discontinued. DNS publication also depends on third-party providers and the wider DNS system. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular propagation time.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You are responsible for maintaining backups and alternative access for important projects.

To the extent permitted by law, is-cod.in and its maintainers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, traffic, revenue, or access resulting from use of the service.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and request account removal.
